Credit Application

The undersigned company is applying for credit with eAppraisal, Inc. and agrees to abide by the standard terms and conditions of eAppraisal, Inc.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PERSONAL GUARANTEE

1. Invoices are sent on the first day of each month. All Invoices become payable in full on the 1st day of the month for the previous months business, and, if not paid by the end the month, are considered past due.
2. A service charge of 2% per month will be added to all amounts invoiced if not paid by the end of the month.
3. No additional credit will be extended to past due accounts unless satisfactory arrangements are made with the eAppraisal, Inc. to pay such accounts.
4. PERSONAL GUARANTEE: If the credit customer is a corporation, then those signing this application, whether signing as an officer or not, personally guarantee payment for all items purchased on credit by the corporation.
